  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 2 cans chopped chilies
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 10 large 10-inch flour tortillas
  • black olives

Directions

    Mix chicken, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, chilies and soup. Set aside 1/3 of this mixture. Spoon remaining mixture into tortillas and roll. Place in large pan. Cover with the 1/3 mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and olives. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
