- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips
- 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1Brown onion in butter.

2Combine soups, broth and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

3Add chicken; mix well.

4Butter 9 x 13-inch dish. Layer chips and chicken mixture and layer of cheese.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
