Chicken Enchiladas

  • 28 ounces enchilada sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces green chili peppers
  • 10 flour tortillas, shells
  • 8 ounces mexican cheese

Directions

    Cook the chicken and then put it in a food processor until it is really finely shredded.

    Mix the green chiles, the sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese together.

    Preheat the over at 350 degrees.

    Add a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of a 9x12 pan.

    Add a little of the mixture to each tortilla shell and put in the pan and then add the rest of the cheese and sauce to the top of the tortilla shells.

    Cook in the oven for 20 minutes covered with foil.

    Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes to help melt the cheese.
