- 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3/4 c. pepper (red and green)
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut pepper and onion before cooking.

2Can use ham, pork or beef, even lobster and shrimp combined together if you like.

3Cook 1 cup steam rice.

4Heat the frypan.

5Pour a little oil on it.

6Put rice and chicken, pepper and onion in the frypan and stir it.

7Add sugar, salt and soy sauce.

8Stir until it is done.
