  • 50 crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 12 cups walnut pieces
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 pint whipped cream (sweetened to taste)
  • flaked coconut

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add sugar and vanilla.

    Fold in walnuts and Ritz cracker crumbs.

    Put in well-greased 13x9 inch pan.

    Spread evenly.

    Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (Check after 15 or 20 minutes).

    Spread with whipped cream.

    Shake coconut over top.
