- 3 c. steamed rice
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 1 stick carrot, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce (Kikkoman)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt for taste
Directions

1Saute cubed chicken breasts with vegetable oil, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

2When chicken is halfway cooked, add cubed carrots.

3When carrot is medium cooked, add cooked rice and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

4When needed, add salt for taste or more soy sauce.

5After mixing everything, turn the heat to low.

6Cover the wok or frying pan and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
