- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 c. chicken, cooked
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 qt. chicken broth or broth from boiled chicken
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Fry rice in oil until golden brown.

2Add chicken and soy sauce. Add all vegetables and reduce heat.
