Chicken Grape Salad

  • 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, poached and cooled
  • 5 ribs celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

    Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch chunks.

    Toss chicken, celery and grapes in large bowl.

    Season with thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Mix in mayonnaise.

    Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour.
