Chicken-Ham Roll-Ups

- 3 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 6 slices boiled ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dry wine
Directions

1Place chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper; flatten with side of knife.

2Top each breast with slice of ham.

3Roll up and secure with toothpick.

4In skillet, brown roll-ups in butter.

5Stir in soup and wine.

6Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender.

7Stir occasionally.
-
8A good side dish with this is rice.
