- 2 broiler fryers or 3 lb. breasts, skinned
- 1 can cream soup of each: mushrooms, chicken and celery
- 3/4 c. white wine
- Parmesan cheese
- almonds, slivered
Directions

1Place chicken in the bottom of a shallow baking pan.

2Combine your three cans of soup and wine and pour the mixture over the chicken.

3Sprinkle with almonds and Parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 300° to 325° for 1 hour, uncovered.

5If deboning, cook for 30 minutes, covered, and then debone.

6Pour sauce over and cook about 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
