Chicken In White Wine

  • 2 broiler fryers or 3 lb. breasts, skinned
  • 1 can cream soup of each: mushrooms, chicken and celery
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • Parmesan cheese
  • almonds, slivered

Directions

    Place chicken in the bottom of a shallow baking pan.

    Combine your three cans of soup and wine and pour the mixture over the chicken.

    Sprinkle with almonds and Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 300° to 325° for 1 hour, uncovered.

    If deboning, cook for 30 minutes, covered, and then debone.
  6. 6
    Pour sauce over and cook about 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
