Ingredients
- 1 pkg. linguine, cooked and drained, kept hot
- 4 oz. soft Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cervil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned and sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Mix cheese, milk, wine, cornstarch, salt, thyme, cervil and pepper in small bowl and set aside.

2Stir-fry in small amount of oil the onion, celery and bell pepper about 1 minute.

3Add mushrooms and cook one more minute.

4Set aside.

5Cook chicken slices until no more pink shows.

6Put vegetables back into wok and heat them through.

7Add cheese/milk mixture and cook until thick and hot.

8Serve over hot, drained linguine.
