- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 5 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Spray a large skillet with Pam.

2Roll livers in flour.

3Brown these in margarine.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5When almost cooked, pour in dry onion soup mix, sherry and water.

6Stir and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Serve over fluffy, boiled rice.
