- 6 slices bacon
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1/2 c. cooking wine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 beef flavored bouillon cube
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.

2Remove bacon, reserve drippings in skillet.

3Crumble bacon and set aside; keep warm.

4Add livers to skillet and saute 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.

5Add reserved bacon, mushrooms, green onions, wine, water and bouillon cube.

6Cook 5 minutes or until bouillon cube is dissolved and mixture is heated, stirring occasionally.

7Serve over rice.
