- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
Directions

1Season chicken and brown in mixture of butter and oil in large skillet together with chopped onion.

2Sprinkle flour on top; add wine, tomatoes, spices and garlic.
