  • 2 teaspoons dried garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 12 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 23 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly cut
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 12 cups marsala wine

Directions

    Mix flour, garlic, marjoram, onions, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

    Reserve 1/4 cup flour mixture.

    Coat chicken with remaining flour mixture.

    Heat 4 tbsp of butter and oil in skillet on med high heat.

    Cook 3 pieces of chicken about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.Remove from pan and keep warm while repeating with remaining chicken.

    Remove and keep all chicken warm.

    Add mushrooms to skillet cook about 5 minutes or until tender.

    Mix broth and reserved flour mixture.

    Add to skillet with wine.

    Bring to boil, scrapping bottom of pan for brown bits.

    Stir in remaining butter and basil.

    Cook 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.

    Sppon sauce over chicken to serve.
