- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. Romano cheese
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. dry Marsala wine
Directions

1Cut whole breasts in half.

2Beat eggs with salt and pepper in bowl.

3Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and cheese.

4Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with crumbs.

5Melt butter and oil in skillet.

6When butter foams, add chicken.

7Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.

8Add Marsala.

9Cover skillet and reduce heat.
-
10Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is tender.

11If sauce looks too dry, add more Marsala.

12Turn chicken several times.
