- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium chopped bell pepper
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese
Directions

1Cook chicken; remove skin and bone.

2Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange tortilla chips on bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong baking dish.

3Cover tortilla chips with broken pieces of chicken.

4Combine liquid ingredients.

5Add onion and bell pepper. Pour over chicken.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
