- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, garlic salt and flour. Shake to remove excess.

2Dip in egg; coat with bread crumbs.

3Cook for approximately 7 minutes on each side in the margarine/shortening mixture in a skillet.
