- 2 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

2In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in chicken and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Serve over hot rice.
