- 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.

2First cook chicken (save broth).

3Bone and skin chicken.

4Cut in bite size pieces.

5Cook noodles in broth.

6Mix all together until cheese is slightly melted.

7Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for about 30 minutes.
