  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • hot oil

Directions

    Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.

    Mix flour, salt, water, eggs and sesame seed.

    Beat together until smooth.

    Dip chicken in batter and drop in hot oil.

    Oil should cover chicken. Cook each piece about 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Drain.

    Serve with sweet and sour sauce, if desired.
