- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- tortilla chips
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Add tomato sauce, corn, chilies, chili powder and onion powder.

4Bring to a boil.

5Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6To serve, spoon over tortilla chips and top with cheese.
