- 1 12 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (14 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Spray non-stick spray in cassarole pan.

3Cook pasta and drain.

4Heat oil in deep skillet.

5Add onion & bell pepper.

6Cook and stir for a few minutes.

7Add pasta, chicken, tomatoes, olives, italian seasoniong.

8Mix to blend.

9Put mozzarella on top.

10Cook in oven for about 35 minutes.
