- salt, pepper and flour to coat meat

- 1 c. beef stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pinch of rosemary
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 small onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 c. red wine
Directions

1Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes; season with flour.

2Heat olive oil in deep iron skillet or Dutch oven.
