- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 leek
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 g chicken
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 carrots
- 400 g potatoes
- 75 ml white wine
- chicken stock
- handful thyme
- 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
- green beans
Directions

1Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the leek and garlic gently until softened.

2Add the chicken, sprinkle over the flour and stir to mix.

3Add the carrots, potatoes, wine, stock pot, thyme and 300ml boiling water.

4Cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes until the potatoes and chicken are cooked.

5Season and stir in the creme fraiche.

6Serve with green beans.
