Chicken One Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 leek
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 carrots
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 75 ml white wine
  • chicken stock
  • handful thyme
  • 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • green beans

Directions

    Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the leek and garlic gently until softened.

    Add the chicken, sprinkle over the flour and stir to mix.

    Add the carrots, potatoes, wine, stock pot, thyme and 300ml boiling water.

    Cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes until the potatoes and chicken are cooked.

    Season and stir in the creme fraiche.
  6. 6
    Serve with green beans.
