- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, for dredging
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).

2Dredge chicken wings in flour and brown slowly in butter or margarine over medium heat.

3Place browned chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4Add the onion, orange juice, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, ground ginger and garlic powder/salt to the frying pan.

5Bring to a boil.

6Pour mixture over chicken and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

7Turn chicken and continue baking for 30 additional minutes or until very tender.
