Chicken Over Rice

- 1 cut up fryer
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. rice, washed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water for each can soup
Directions

1Put rice in a large baking pan, mix the soup and water.

2Pour 1/2 over the rice and stir well.

3Spread chicken evenly over the rice and pour the balance of the soup over the chicken.

4Bake at 250° for 3 hours.

5If it gets to looking dry, add some water. Pour any added water evenly over all areas.
