  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned (save 1 c. broth)
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 small can peas and carrots, drained
  • Pillsbury pie crust (top and bottom)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except margarine. Pour into prepared 9-inch pie dish. Dot with 1/2 stick margarine on pie before placing top crust. Place top crust and crimp. Cut slits in crust (4 to 6). Bake at 350° until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
