Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 clove garlic-split
  • 1 lb Chicken breast-cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Green onion - minced
  • 8 oz sour cream

Directions

    Chop nuts in food processor and set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients, except sour cream, in food processor and blend well.

    Add nuts while mixing other ingredients to form a thick blend.

    Form into mound and coat with sour cream.

    Place into refrigerator, covered, until served.

    It is best to let set for 1-2 hours to let ingredients meld together.

    Serve with crackers.
