- 60 g flour, for dusting
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml powdered parmesan cheese
Directions

1Dust chicken with flour.

2Whisk eggs and parmesan to form a batter.

3Put chicken in batter.

4Heat oil in non-stick pan until almost at smoking point.

5Place chicken in oil until brown and then repeat on other side.

6Finish in oven for 5 minutes.
