- 1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth (may use broth from chicken)
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender, about an hour.

2Remove skin; pick chicken from bones.

3Put chicken in a baking dish (use 13 x 7-inch dish).

4Melt margarine; pour over chicken.

5Sift flour and salt; blend in milk until smooth.

6Spread flour mixture over chicken.

7In saucepan, blend soup and broth.

8Heat to boiling; pour over flour mixture.

9Bake in a 425° oven until brown.
