  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 to 3 c. stewed chicken, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 3/4 c. diced and cooked carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
  • 3/4 c. additional broth
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated bouillon
  • pie crust
