Hot Fruit Compote

Ingredients

  • any fruit combination can be used (suggested: red apple rings, mandarin oranges, apricots, canned grapes, pineapple chunks, pear halves, peach halves, drained)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sherry

Directions

    Mix margarine, sugar and sherry.

    Place over heat and let get hot while stirring.

    Pour over fruit.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serve.

    Get with ham or turkey dinner.
