  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 chicken, stewed and removed from bone
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

    Mix the first 3 ingredients together; spread 1/2 in baking dish.

    Save other half for topping.

    Put chicken, onion, celery and mayonnaise in baking dish; add remainder of stuffing mix on top. Beat together the milk and eggs; pour over top.

    Let set overnight in refrigerator.

    Spread soup on top.

    Bake 40 minutes at 350°. Grate cheese on top the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
