  • 4 c. stuffing mix
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. chicken, boned, cooked and cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen peas (1 small pkg.)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion, dehydrated
  • 1 small jar pimento, diced

Directions

    Mix stuffing mix and melted butter.

    Press 1/2 mixture in the bottom of casserole and save 1/2 to sprinkle over top.

    Layer ingredients in casserole.

    Top with remaining stuffing mixture. If casserole seems too dry, extra milk can be added.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
