- 3 carrots, cut into 2 to 3 inch sticks
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped (tops included)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 cauliflower, sliced
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, large leaves and tough part of stalks removed
- 2 c. chicken style chunks, diced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sip'r Seez'n
Directions

1In large skillet or saucepan, put all vegetables.

2In small bowl, mix water, Sip'r Seez'n and oil.

3Pour over vegetables. Cover; steam 5 minutes.

4Add chicken style chunks; steam 5 minutes.

5Serve over brown rice with soy sauce.
