- 1 pkg. chicken thighs or legs (skinless), chopped in half
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- salt to taste
Directions

1Brown first seven ingredients in 3 tablespoons oil.

3Put in pressure cooker for 5 to 7 minutes; take off pressure.

4Dry out liquid over high heat.
