  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • shredded ginger to taste
  • dried red chillies to taste
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 pkg. chicken thighs or legs (skinless), chopped in half
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • salt to taste

    Brown first seven ingredients in 3 tablespoons oil.

    Add spinach.

    Put in pressure cooker for 5 to 7 minutes; take off pressure.

    Dry out liquid over high heat.

    Serve over boiled rice.
