- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Melt butter in a heavy pan.

2Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

3Gradually add broth and milk.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbly.

5Stir in next 6 ingredients.

6Pour chicken mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

8Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
