- 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 c. sliced, cooked carrots
- 1/2 c. green peas
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 1/2 c. prepared chicken stock
- 1/4 c. butter
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix chicken and vegetable sin well-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

2Melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper to season. Add chicken stock.

3Stir until smooth.

4Cook over medium heat until thickened.

5Pour over vegetables and top with pie crust.

6Slit top, press edges.

7Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
