Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer
  • 1/2 c. chopped, cooked celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped, cooked onion
  • 1 large can English peas and carrots, drained
  • 3 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Cook and debone chicken.

    In large bowl, dice chicken and add next 7 ingredients.

    Mix together and place in one large or 2 medium casserole dishes.

    Mix together oleo, milk and flour.

    Pour over chicken mixture and bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown.
