- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned (save broth)
- 1 1/3 c. broth
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large or 2 small cans peas and carrots (do not drain)
Directions

1Lay cut up chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Pour broth over chicken.

3Spread soup over chicken.

4Pour peas and carrots over all.

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6Mix oleo, flour and milk in separate bowl.

7Pour over top of mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown crust appears on top.
