- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- chicken stock
- 1 pie crust
- Bisquick
Directions

1Add first 5 ingredients to chicken stock and cook until tender; thicken and put in cake pan (9 x 12-inch).

2Use pie crust on bottom and Bisquick on top.

3Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly.
