- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts (halved)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dried or fresh chives
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
Directions

1Place 8 halves of chicken breast between Saran Wrap and pound down to 1/2 the thickness.

2Spread each piece with softened cream cheese, mixed with chives. Roll each piece jelly roll style and then wrap with one piece of bacon.

3Brown each piece in saute pan until bacon looks nearly done.

4Transfer chicken to large Pyrex dish.

5Pour bottle of dressing evenly over all pieces.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

7Serve with egg noodles or rice.
