- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and flattened
- 6 c. Stove Top stuffing mix (12 oz. canister)
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Make up stuffing according to directions on box.

2Spread each chicken breast with stuffing and roll up.

3Secure with toothpick, if needed.

4Using ice cream scoop, make stuffing balls of remaining stuffing.

5Place in flat roasting pan (or Corning Ware large frypan).

6Mix soup with milk.

7Spoon over chicken and stuffing.

8Bake in 350° oven until fork-tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
