- 2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 to 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- dash of garlic salt
Directions

1Combine last 3 ingredients; set aside.

2Cut chicken into 1-inch strips and dip in melted margarine.

3Dip into bread crumb mixture.

4Roll each strip individually in jelly roll fashion. Secure with toothpick.

5Place in greased casserole dish, single layer.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
