  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 to 6 slices ham
  • 4 to 6 slices cheese (Muenster, Swiss or American)
  • margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together.

    Flatten chicken.

    Place ham and cheese on top of chicken and roll.

    Tie with thread.

    (Trim off excess ham and cheese.)

    Roll in melted margarine.

    Roll in Parmesan cheese and bread crumb mixture. Bake in baking dish for 30 minutes at 350°.
