  • 4 split chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. chopped onion or 1/2 c. dried onion flakes
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper or 1/4 c. dried green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (ground)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven at 350°.

    Place cooked spaghetti in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Cover noodles lightly with butter to prevent clumping.

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in large skillet with hot oil until brown, about 3 to 5 minutes to a side.

    Arrange on top of noodles.

    Add onion, pepper and garlic to skillet.

    Cook about 3 minutes.

    Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.

    Pour over breasts and noodles.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
