  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water

Directions

    Dip each piece of meat into margarine.

    Roll in flour, salt and pepper.

    Place in shallow pan that has been greased.

    Sprinkle lightly with rosemary.

    Add a small amount of water to cover bottom of the pan; cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
