  • 3 c. chopped chicken, cooked
  • 2 onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can English peas
  • 1 c. chicken broth or cream soup
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onions and peppers in oleo 15 minutes.

    Add peas, chicken broth and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    In a large dish, layer the spaghetti, mixture and cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
