Large Chicken Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. chicken or 5 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 2 c. Bisquick mix or flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender.

    Debone and place in an 11 x 14-inch baking dish.

    Scatter onion and vegetables over chicken.

    Mix Bisquick mix and milk together.

    Pour this over the chicken, onion, vegetables and soup mixture.

    (Do not stir.)

    Drop pats of margarine over top of all.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

    Serves 6 to 8 people.
